抑郁症患者首次就医情况及影响因素分析

Analysis on First Visit and Influence Factors in Depression Patients

目的探讨抑郁症患者首次就医情况及影响因素。方法随机选择精神科门诊抑郁症患者220例,采用自行设计的患者就诊状况调查问卷进行调查。结果抑郁症患者首次就医顺序由高到低依次为求助迷信活动(27.7%),综合科(27.7%),中医诊所(26.4%),精神科(18.2%);大多数抑郁症患者(81.8%)首诊于非精神科。结论抑郁症患者首次就诊于精神科的频率与其他各科相近,大多数抑郁症患者选择非正规或缺乏科学性的就医方式。

Objective To study the depression patients with medical conditions and influence factors for the first time.Methods Randomly selected 220 patients with psychiatric outpatient depression, adopt the self-designed survey questionnaire investigation to the patient. ResultsThe depression patients hospitalized for the first time order from high to low in turn to for help superstitious activities （27.7%）, and general department （27.7%）, Chinese medicine clinics （26.4%）, psychiatric （18.2%）. Most patients with depression （81.8%） of the ifrst option in the psychiatric.ConclusionPatients with depression for the first time in the psychiatric frequencies similar to other departments, most depressed patients choose informal or the lack of scientiifc way of treatment.
