腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗胆囊结石合并胆总管结石的临床应用价值分析

The Clinical Effect of Laparoscopy Combined With Choledochoscopy in Treatment of Cholecystolithiasis and Choledocholithiasis

目的探析腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗胆囊结石合并胆总管结石的临床效果。方法将我院2012年3月～2013年4月期间收治的52例胆囊结石合并胆总管结石患者作为研究对象，随机将其分为对照和观察两个小组，其中对照组采用传统切开术治疗，而观察组则运用腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗，对比分析两组治疗效果。结果两组患者均顺利完成手术，其中对照组治疗总有效率为85.4%，观察组治疗总有效率为96.5%，并且相比较对照组而言，观察组的手术时间、术中出血量以及住院时间均较短，两组临床治疗效果差异明显，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论临床上运用腹腔镜联合胆道镜对胆囊结石合并胆总管结石患者进行治疗，不仅可以缩短住院时间、降低并发症出现几率，在一定程度上还能提高治疗效果，改善患者预后生活质量。

Objective To probe into the clinical effect of laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy in the treatment of cholecystolithiasis and choledocholithiasis.Methods In our hospital in March 2012~April 2013, 52 cases of cholecystolithiasis and choledocholithiasis patients were taken as research object, randomly divided into the control group and observation group, the control group used the traditional surgical treatment, and the observation group used laparoscopy combined with biliary tract endoscope treatment, comparative analysis the therapeutic effect of two group.ResultsThe two groups of patients were successfully completed the operation, the total effective rate in control group was 85.4%, the total effective rate in treatment group was 96.5%, the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups were obviously differences, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The clinical in patients with cholecystolithiasis and choledocholithiasis were treated by laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy, it can not only shorten the time of hospitalization, but also to a certain extent, improve the therapeutic effect.
