维持治疗对小细胞肺癌患者无进展生存期及生存率的影响

The Study of the Disease Free Survival and Survival Rate of Maitenance Therapy for Small Cell Lung Cancer

目的：观察依托泊苷维持治疗对小细胞肺癌（smal cel lung cancer SCLC）无进展生存期（DFS）及生存率的影响。方法66例完全缓解的小细胞肺癌患者随机分为两组，实验组口服依托泊苷胶囊75 mg/（m2·d），1～10天，休息2周，直至疾病进展；对照组停药观察，定期复查。结果实验组与对照组PFS分别为5.40个月（95%Cl，4.73～6.07）vs.4.09个月（95%Cl，3.44～4.74，P＜0.05）。1年生存率分别为87.88%vs.78.79%（P＞0.05）；2年生存率分别为36.36%vs.15.15%（P＜0.05）。结论口服依托泊苷胶囊维持化疗可延长小细胞肺癌患者的PFS及2年生存率，是一种有效的治疗方法。

Objective To investigate the effcct of etoposide maintenance therapy on the disease free survival and survival rate for small cell lung cancer （SCLC）.Methords All 60 SCLC patients were randomized into two groups, the experimental group was received etoposide maintenant therapy, the control group were observed until recurrence or metastasis.Results The disease free survival （DFS） of the experimental group and the control group were 5.40 months （95% Cl, 4.73~6.07）vs. 4.09 months （95%Cl, 3.44~4.74, P〈0.05）. The 1-year survial rates were 87.88%vs.78.79% （P〉0.05）.The 2-year survial rates were 36.36%vs.15.15% （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The maintenance therapy of etoposide can prolong disease free survival and 2-year survival rate in patients with SCLC, it is an effective treatment for SCLC.
