机械性眼外伤后无光感眼的手术治疗探析

Operation Treatment of Eyes With No Light Perception After Mechanical Injury of Eye

目的：研究分析机械性眼外伤无光感眼的临床手术方式。方法2010～2013年我院共接收了40例眼角膜穿通伤合并外伤性白内障患者，对其进行手术方式研究，采取角巩膜修补、白内障囊外摘除、人工晶状体植入等一系列手术治疗方式，对患者的恢复情况进行了解。结果术后视力光感增加0.1～0.3的患者12例，增加0.3～0.5的19例，增加0.5以上的9例；所有患者均无严重并发症发生。结论机械性眼外伤无光感眼的患者应该要及时接受手术治疗，延误可能会导致其视力无法恢复，为患者使用角巩膜修补、白内障囊外摘除、人工晶状体植入等手术治疗后，视力恢复较好。

Objective To study the clinical surgery of traumatized eyes with no light perception.MethodsFrom 2010 to 2013, received 40 cases of corneal perforating injury with traumatic cataract patients were received the scleral patch, extracapsular cataract extraction, intraocular lens implantation and a series of operation treatment, to understand the recovery of patients.ResultsPostoperatively, 12 patients had increased vision acuities of light perception from 0.1 to 0.3, 19 patients increased from 03. to 0.5, 9 patients increased at least 0.5, all of the patients had no serious complications.Conclusion Traumatized eyes with no light perception, patients should accept operation treatment in time, the delay may cause their vision not recover, after performed surgical treatment of scleral patch, extracapsular cataract extraction, intraocular lens implantation.
