经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术治疗前列腺增生疗效观察

Transurethral Resection of Prostate for the Treatment of Bipolar Cutting Prostatic Hyperplasia

目的：观察分析经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术治疗前列腺增生的临床疗效。方法基于手术方法的不同，选取于2011年9月～2014年2月来我院实施手术治疗的90例前列腺增生患者。结果研究组并发症发生率明显比对照组低，差异明显具有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论采用经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术治疗前列腺增生，安全且有效，并发症少，同时还可有效改善患者生活质量评分、最大尿流率以及国际前列腺症状评分。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of transurethral prostatic plasma cutting technique for the treatment of prostatic hyperplasia. Methods According to the different surgical methods, selected 90 cases of hyperplasia prostate in 2011.9~2014.2 in our hospital who undergoing surgical treatment.ResultsThe complication rate of group was obviously lower than the control group, the difference was statistically,P〈0.05. Conclusion The transurethral resection of prostate for the treatment of bipolar cutting hyperplasia of prostate is safe and effective, and has less complications, and can improve patients＆#39; quality of life score, maximum urinary flow rate and international prostate symptom score.
