糖尿病性心脏病30例临床治疗体会

Clinical Experience About 30 Cases of Treatment of Diabetic Heart Disease

目的探讨糖尿病性心脏病患者的临床特点与治疗。方法选取30例糖尿病患者的临床治疗资料进行分析。结果 30例中糖尿病性心脏病患者显效12例,有效15例,无效3例,总有效率90%。结论由于糖尿病性心脏病的病变基础是生化代谢紊乱和细胞学改变,故预防和治疗的重点在于调整生化代谢和改善细胞功能上。

Objective To discuss the clinical characteristics and the treatment of the patients with diabetic heart disease.MethodsSelected 30 patients of diabetes to analysis.ResultsThere were 12 cases of markedly effective, 15 cases were effective and 3 cases were unvalid, and the total efficiency was 90%.Conclusion Tthe pathologic basis of diabetic heart disease is biochemical metabolism disorder and the changes of cytology, so the key reason to prevention and treatment this disease lies in the adjustment of biochemical metabolism and improve cell function.
