单纯激光治疗增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变的体会

The Effects of Simple Eye Laser for Proliferative Ddiabetic Retinopathy

目的：探讨增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变（PDR）单纯眼外激光的疗效。方法采用科医人及Alcon倍频532 nm激光器治疗PDR，治疗后随访观察3个月～5年，期间定期检查视网膜、玻璃体出血和/或增殖膜变化，并根据复查眼底血管荧光造影（FFA）等检查的情况来判定疗效。结果本组病例总体有效率62.5%，Ⅴ期患者中有效率58%，Ⅳ期者80%。结论选择合适的病例治疗，多数患者能获得延长和维持现有视功能的满意效果。

Objective To To discuss the curative effects of simple eye laser for proliferative diabetic retinopathy （PDR）. Methods We cured the patients of PDR with frequency doubling 532 nm laser made by Lumenis and Alcon. After the treatment, we observed the patients for three months to five years. During the period, the patients got regular checking including the status of retina, vitreous hemorrhage and/or proliferative membrane change, fundus fluorescein angiography （FFA）. Based on the check results, we could evaluate the curative effects. Results The genera effect rate was, the effect rate in patients of phrase Ⅴ was 58%, in phrase Ⅳ was 80%. Conclusion For the suitable patients, most of them could prolong and maintain the existing visual function with PDR.
