摘要
目的：探讨心内科护理管理中风险管理的相关问题，积极寻找风险管理的有效对策，为降低临床心内科护理风险提供帮助。方法2012～2013年我院共接收了118例心内科患者，将这些患者分为对照组和观察组，两组均为59例患者，对照组的患者接受常规护理，观察组的患者接受风险控制护理管理模式，根据两组患者的临床护理风险情况进行对比分析，了解心内科护理的风险因素。结果患者接受护理治疗后，观察组出现了1例风险事件，占总患者数的1.69%，对照组出现了5例风险事件，占总患者数的8.47%，两组患者的风险发生率对比存在差异性，观察组较低（P＜0.05）。结论心内科护理会有较多的风险性存在，使用科学有效的风险管理，提供积极的预防措施，能够降低临床中风险事故发生几率，提升护理水平和质量，让患者获得安全可靠的护理效果。
Objective To study the related problems of risk management in nursing management in department of cardiology, in order to reduce the nursing risk in department of cardiology.MethodsChose 18 cases of patients in the department of cardiology from 2012 to 2013 in our hospital, they were divided into control group and observation group, each groups had 59 patients, the control group accepted routine nursing care, observation group patients accepted the risk control nursing management, compared and analyzed clinical nursing risk in two groups of patients, to understand the risk factors in department of cardiology nursing.Results The patients received nursing after treatment, observation group appeared one case of risk events, accounting for 1.69%, there were 5 cases of risk events in observation group, accounting for 8.47%, the risk of incidence in the observation group was lower （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The use of scientiifc and effective risk management, and providing positive preventive measures can reduce the occurrence probability of clinical risk accident, improve nursing level and quality.
