在泌尿外科中应用人性化护理的价值

Application of Humanistic Nursing in Department of Urology

目的研究分析泌尿外科患者接受人性化护理的效果,为其临床应用提供指导。方法对我院接收的100例泌尿外科患者进行探讨分析,将这些患者分组为对照组和研究组两组,均有50例,对照组采取常规护理,研究组采取人性化护理,对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行比较分析。结果研究组的护理满意度为100%(50/50),高于对照组患者护理满意度78%(39/50),两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者SAS评分、SDS评分明显较低,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论泌尿外科患者接受人性化护理具有比较好的效果,临床中患者的并发症几率比较小,对患者的康复非常有效,患者情绪稳定,配合度高,对护理工作的开展提供了帮助。

ObjectiveTo study the effect of humanistic nursing care in department of urology, to provide guidance for its clinical application. Methods100 cases in department of urology in our hospital were divided into control group and study group, each group had in 50 cases, the control group received routine nursing care, research group took the humanistic nursing, analysis of two groups of patients with clinical effects.Results Nursing satisfaction in research group was 100%（50/50）, it was higher than in the control group 78%（39/50）, there was a statistically signiifcant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Research group of patients with SAS score, SDS score were lower, there was significant difference between the groups （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Patients in the department of urology accept the humanized nursing has better effect, and complications is relatively less, the rehabilitation in patients were stable.
