危重症新生儿并发低血糖的营养支持护理分析

Nutritional Support Care for Critically Ill Neonates Complicated With Hypoglycemia

目的：探讨危重症新生儿并发低血糖的营养支持护理的临床效果。方法选取于2012年4月~2013年5月收治的危重症低血糖患儿80例作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组给予营养支持护理和一般常规护理，比较两组的临床效果。结果观察组的总有效率为92.50％，对照组总有效率为70.00％，两组对比差异为显著性（χ2=8.3140，P＜0.05），具有统计学意义。结论对危重症并发低血糖患儿给予的营养支持护理具有显著的临床效果。

ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of nursing nutritional support for critically ill newborn concurrent hypoglycemia.Methods From April 2012 to May 2013 80 cases of critically ill children with hypoglycaemia were taken as the research object, randomly divided into observation group and control group, observation group was given nutrition support care, control group was given conventional nursing, compared the clinical effect of the two groups.ResultsThe total effective rate was 92.50% in observing group, total effective rate was 70.00% in control group, two groups of contrast difference was significant, （χ2=8.314 0,P〈0.05）, with statistical signiifcance.Conclusion The nutrition support of children with critically ill intercurrent hypoglycemia nursing has signiifcant clinical effect.
