消化性溃疡内科治疗护理效果观察

The Effect of Treatment and Nursing of Peptic Ulcer in Department of Internal Medicine

目的：研究分析消化性溃疡使用内科治疗的护理方式和效果。方法根据2013～2014年我院接收的100例消化性溃疡患者来进行研究分析，全部患者采取内科治疗，对其提供护理服务，根据患者的临床资料来进行回顾分析，对患者的临床满意度进行总结分析。结果患者接受护理后，临床治疗有效率为95%，5%的患者无效，有效率和无效率之间的差异性明显（P＜0.05）。临床中患者对护理效果的满意度为98%，不满意度为2%，两组之间的差异性也比较大（P＜0.05）。结论消化性溃疡患者接受内科治疗，提供综合护理可以有效改善患者的病情，患者对于护理质量给予了肯定，临床应用效果好。

Objective To study the nursing method of peptic ulcer in department of internal medicine.Methods From 2013 to 2014 100 cases of peptic ulcer patients in our hospital were chosen for analysis, all patients were taking internal medicine treatment, and provided care for the patients, retrospective analysis the clinical and satisfaction degree of patients. ResultsThe patients clinical effective rate was 95%, invalid 5% patients, the difference was obvious （P〈0.05）. Clinical patient satisfaction with nursing effect was 98%, no satisfaction was 2%, the difference between the two data was relatively large （P〉0.05）.ConclusionThe patients with peptic ulcer received internal medicine treatment and comprehensive care can effectively improve the condition of the patient.
