妇产科术后下肢血栓性静脉炎的护理

Nursing for Postoperative Lower Extremity Thrombophlebitis in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology

目的：探讨对妇产科术后发生下肢血栓性静脉炎的护理方法。方法选择我院妇产科2012年1月～2014年发生术后下肢血栓性静脉炎的患者100例，随机分为观察组和对照组各50例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予预防性护理措施，对比两组的治疗效果和对护理的满意度。结果观察组的治疗效果及对护理的满意度均优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论对妇产科术后发生下肢血栓性静脉炎的患者进行预防性护理措施，可以提高治疗的效果，增加患者的护理满意度，促进患者康复。

ObjectiveTo explore the nursing method for postoperative lower extremity thrombophlebitis in department of obstetrics. Methods Selected 100 patients with lower extremity thrombophlebitis after surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2012 to 2014, and they were randomly divided into observation group and the control group, 50 patients in the control group received routine care, observation group received care measures, compared the treatment effect in two groups.ResultsThe therapeutic effect in the observation group and satisfaction of care were better than the control group, the differences were statistically signiifcant, P〈0.05.Conclusion Using preventive care measures in patients with lower extremity thrombophlebitis in department of obstetrics and gynecology can improve the effectiveness of treatment, increase patient satisfaction and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
