分析血液检验标本误差产生的原因

Analysis of the Cause of Error in Blood Test Specimens

目的对血液检验标本误差产生的原因进行研究分析，给出相应的处理方式。方法对2013～2014年我院的80例血液检验样本进行研究分析，采取调查问卷的方式来收集误差原因，给出针对性的处理措施。结果产生误差的原因有：（1）患者因素；（2）采集因素；（3）检验因素；（4）送检因素。结论血液检验标本误差的因素比较多，临床中如果对这些因素给予重视，积极的预防，将能够降低误差，提升检验质量。

ObjectiveTo analysis the reason of blood test specimens of error, and gives the corresponding processing method.Methods 80 cases of blood samples tested methods from 2013 to 2014 in our hospital to carry on the research analysis, take the questionnaire to collect the cause of error, gives the measures targeted processing.Results The reason of the result error： the factors of patients, the acquisition factors, the inspection factors; the inspection factors.Conclusion There are some factors to cause blood test specimens error, taking seriously, active prevention can reduce error and improve the quality of test.
