摘要
目的:探析临床尿液常规检验分析前质量控制相关对策。方法所有样本均来自于2013年1月~2014年1月在我院门诊、住院以及健康体检中尿常规检验不合格的96例标本,作为本次研究对象。结果门诊患者47例(48.95%),住院患者24例(25.00%),健康体检者25例(23.75%)。结论尿液分析是临床最常见的应用检验项目,在试验中注意分析前的质量控制,与临床医生进行良好沟通,可避免发生检验科与临床、临床与患者的矛盾纠纷。
ObjectiveTo analysis quality control related countermeasures of clinical urine routine test.Methods All the samples were collected from 2013 January to 2014 January in our hospital out-patient, hospital and health examination in urine routine examination unqualified specimens from 96 patients, as the object of the study.Results47 cases of outpatients (48.95%) 24 patients (25%), 25 cases of healthy persons(23.75%).Conclusion Urine analysis is the most common clinical application of inspection items, pay attention to quality control before analysis in the experiment, carry on the good communication with clinicians, can prevent the occurrence of disputes, clinical and laboratory or clinical patients.
