探析细胞印片应用在术中快速冰冻病理诊断中的临床价值

Clinical Value of Cell Printing Slice Application of Fast Frozen Pathology Diagnosis During the Operation

目的：探析细胞印片应用在术中快速冰冻病理诊断的临床价值。方法选取2013年3月～2014年3月来自我院的100例既有细胞学印片又有冰冻片的住院患者的手术标本。结果细胞印片能准确诊断的为92例，符合率为92.00%；冰冻切片能明确诊断的为94例，符合率为94.00%，无显著差异。结论在术中快速冰冻病理诊断中，细胞切片是一种方便、简单判断良性或恶性的有效辅助诊断方法。

ObjectiveTo probe into the clinical value of cell printing slice application of fast frozen pathology diagnosis during the operation. Methods100 cases of inpatients specimens from March 2013 to March 2014 in our hospital both imprint cytology and frozen slice of operation were selected . Results The cell printing slice can accurately diagnosis for 92 cases, the coincidence rate was 92%, frozen section can clear diagnosis for 94 cases, the coincidence rate was 94%, no significant difference. Conclusion Intraoperative frozen pathological diagnosis, cell slice a convenient, simple and effective method to judge the auxiliary diagnosis of benign or malignant.
