探究2型糖尿病下肢动脉病变超声诊断及相关原因

Research Related Factors of Type 2 Diabetes With Lower Extremity Arterial Lesions by Ultrasound Diagnosis

目的探究2型糖尿病下肢动脉病变超声诊断及相关原因。方法选取我院就诊糖尿病下肢动脉病变患者70例,作为本次研究对象,对其进行彩色多普勒超声检查,并且分析临床因素以及生化指标和下肢病变动脉的相关性。结果下肢动脉病变相关危险因素分析、下肢动脉病变与病程、餐后2 h血糖、GHb A1C、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、收缩压呈正相关,与甘油三脂无关。结论 2型糖尿病下肢动脉病变的发生是在高血糖基础上与多种因素相关,且彩色多普勒超声能够及早的发现下肢动脉病变。

Objective To explore the causes and related diagnosis of type 2 diabetic lower extremity arterial Lesions by ultrasound diagnosis.Methods Selected 70 diabetic patients with lower extremity arterial Lesions, as the object of this study, color Doppler ultrasonography was performed on the correlation researh of clinical factors, biochemical index and lower limb arterial.ResultsThe analysis of the related risk factors of peripheral artery disease in lower extremity arterial lesions and disease duration, postprandial 2 h blood glucose, GHbA1C, total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, systolic blood pressure was positively related, had nothing to do with the glycerin three greases. Conclusion The occurrence of lower limb arterial disease in type 2 diabetes in high blood glucose has nothing to do with variety factors, and color Doppler ultrasound can early discover the lower extremity arterial Lesions.
