鞍区肿瘤采用CT与MRI诊断的价值对比

Contrast on the Diagnosis Value of CT and MRI for Sellar Region Tumors

目的：对鞍区肿瘤患者采用CT和MRI诊断的临床价值进行探讨。方法选取我院2009年9月～2013年9月收治的74例鞍区肿瘤患者作为研究对象，分别对其给予CT和MRI诊断，诊断后和手术病理结果进行对比。结果 MRI诊断符合率为93.2%，CT诊断符合率为78.4%，两者对比（P＜0.05）。结论对鞍区肿瘤患者给予MRI检查，影像比较清晰，能够清晰看到肿瘤位置与周围毗邻组织的关系，具有较高诊断率。

Objective The clinical value in patients with sellar region tumors by CT and MRI diagnosis were discussed.Methods74 cases of sellar tumors in our hospital from 2009 September to September 2013 were treated as the research object, they were diagnosed with CT and MRI, diagnosis and pathological results were compared after operation.Results MRI diagnostic accordance rate was 93.2%, the CT diagnostic accordance rate was 78.4%, the difference was obvious （P〈0.05）.Conclusion MRI examination for patients with sellar region tumors,the image is clear, it can clearly see the relationship between the location of the tumor and adjacent tissues, with high diagnostic rate.
