心脏交感电风暴应用美托洛尔静脉注射治疗的临床分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨美托洛尔静脉注射治疗在心脏交感电风暴中的应用价值。方法收集70例各种器质性心脏病合并交感风暴患者,随机选取35例展开常规治疗,作为常规组,另35例展开美托洛尔静脉注射治疗,作为干预组,对不同治疗方式的治疗效果展开比较。结果干预组的治疗效果明显优于仅展开常规治疗的常规组。结论对心脏交感电风暴患者开展美托洛尔静脉注射治疗效果显著。 ObjectiveTo investigate the intravenous metoprolol treatment applications in cardiac sympathetic electrical storm.Methods Collected 70 cases of a variety of organic heart disease combined with sympathetic storm, 35 cases were taken as conventional group using conventional treatment, and the other 35 cases launched intravenous metoprolol treatment as the intervention group, the different treatment modalities for treatment expand comparisons. Results Treatment in the intervention group was signiifcantly better than conventional treatment.Conclusion Patients with cardiac sympathetic electrical storm treated with intravenous metoprolol has signiifcant treatment effect.
