三明市电子商务物流服务质量研究

A Study on the Quality of Logistics Service for E-commerce in Sanming City

物流服务对电子商务的发展起着重要作用。电子商务环境下物流服务质量的影响因素源自于物流服务生成和提供的全过程,并与服务结果相联系。三明市电子商务发展较快,而电子商务物流在服务便利性、响应性、可靠性及人员服务方面存在不足。对此,应强化地方政府的物流管理、发挥电商与物流行业协会的作用、改进物流服务提供者的物流服务质量管理,全面提升电子商务物流服务质量。

The service of logistics plays an important role on the development of e-commerce. The factors which influ- ence the service of logistics not only come from the whole process of the production and supply of the service of logistics but also relate with the result of the service. The e-commerce in Sanming city is developing fast and there exist some prob- lems of the logistics for e-commerce, such as service convenience, responsiveness, reliability and personnel service. There- fore, some countermeasures for winding the level of the quality of logistics service are proposed, including optimizing the lo- cal government administration of logistics, playing a role in effect of the e-commerce association and logistics association and improving the management of the quality of logistics service for the provider of the service.
