双管喉罩麻醉在妇科全身麻醉中的应用效果

The Proseal Laryngeal Mask Airway Anesthesia in Gynecological and General Anesthesia

目的研究分析双管喉罩麻醉应用于妇科全身麻醉的治疗效果。方法对我院接收的96例腹腔镜手术患者来进行研究分析,将这些患者分组为观察组和对照组两组,观察组患者使用双管喉罩,对照组使用标准型喉罩,对两组患者的插入时间、成功率、满意度和不良反应率进行对比分析。结果观察组患者的插入时间要比对照组长,观察组首次插管成功率是91.67%,比对照组高,患者满意度是100%,也高于对照组。两组不良反应对比为,观察组12.5%,对照组39.6%。结论临床中对妇科患者使用双管喉罩麻醉具有较好的麻醉效果,患者的麻醉时间长,首次插管成功率高,不良反应少,安全可靠,临床值得推广使用。

Objective To study the analysis of anesthesia in gynecologic anesthesia treatment effect of Proseal laryngeal mask. Methods 96 cases of laparoscopic operation patients in our hospital received to carry on the research analysis, these patients were grouped into two groups, the observation group patients using the Proseal laryngeal mask airway, the control group using the standard laryngeal mask airway, of two groups of patients, the success rate of insertion time, satisfaction and adverse reaction rate were analyzed. Results The observation group patients to insert time longer than the control group, the observation group for the first time, the rate of successful intubation was 91.67%, higher than the control group, patients satisfaction was 100%, also higher than that of control group. Comparison of adverse reaction of two groups, the observation group 12.5%, contrast group 39.6%. For gynecological patients using the Proseal laryngeal mask airway anesthesia has good effects of anesthesia in clinical anesthesia patients at the time of the conclusion, long first intubation, high success rate, few adverse reaction, safe and reliable, and is worth to promote the use of clinical.
