目的对究血液检验在贫血诊断和鉴别诊断中的价值进行研究。方法本次研究对象选取2013年3月-2014年3月在本院接受诊治的40贫血患者,检测患者的血压生化、外周血情况。结果诊断后发现所有患者肝肾功功能正常,血清铁低于正常情况的有20例,16例总铁结合力超过正常水平;13例叶酸与正常水平相比较低,维生素B没达到正常标准的有9例。结论临床中对贫血患者实施诊断、鉴别,一定要对其多项指标进行诊断,进而才能有效提升贫血诊断率,最终才可以在临床治疗中提供必要的参考价值。

Objective To study value the blood test in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of anemia. Results After diagnosis was found in al the patients of liver and kidney function is normal, serum iron below normal in the 20 cases, 16 cases of total iron binding capacity than the normal level;low compared to 13 cases with normal levels of folic acid, vitamin B did not reach the normal standard of 9 cases. Conclusion The implementation of the diagnosis, identification of anemia in patients with clinical diagnosis, must be on the number of indicators, which can effectively promote the rate of diagnosis of anemia, final y can provide the necessary reference value in clinical treatment.
