神经内科患者跌倒相关因素分析及对策

Analysis on Risk Factors of Neurological Inpatients' Tumble and Related Countermeasures

目的对神经内科患者跌倒的原因进行探讨分析,积极的寻找解决对策。方法根据我院2013至2014年的72例神经内科患者的临床资料来进行分析,对他们跌倒的相关因素进行分析,制定解决对策。结果此次研究的72例患者中共出现了13例跌倒的情况,占研究总数的18.06%,患者跌倒的疾病原因是脑梗死、脑出血、其他病症等。结论神经内科患者的跌倒有多方面的原因,除了疾病之外,患者的年龄、认知等也是重要的因素,需要医院积极的进行预防,避免跌倒情况的产生。

Objective Discuss the analysis of the reasons for the fall in patients with neurological department of internal medicine, actively seeking countermeasures. Methods To be analyzed according to our hospital from 2013 to 2014 72 cases of patients with neurological department of internal medicine clinical data, relevant factors of their fall to analyze, develop countermeasures to solve. Results In this study 72 patients appeared in 13 cases of fall, accounting for 18.06% of the total disease research, the reasons of falls in patients with cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, is other disease etc.. Conclusion Patients with neurological department of internal medicine falls for a number of reasons, in addition to disease, patient＇s age, cognitive factors are also important, need hospital prevention were positive, avoid falling situation.
