心肌缺血患者采用动态心电图诊断的临床价值

Using Dynamic Clinical Diagnosis Value of Electrocardiogram in Patients with Myocardial Ischemia

目的研究分析动态心电图对心肌缺血患者临床诊断的效果。方法根据我院的88例心肌缺血患者来进行研究分析,随机分组为对照组和实验组,对照组患者接受常规心电监测,实验组接受动态心电监测,对两组患者的心肌缺血检出率进行对比分析。结果对照组和实验组两组的检出率为,实验组97.73%,对照组56.82%,两组检出率存在统计学差异性(P<0.05)。结论临床中为心肌缺血患者使用动态心电图诊断具有比较好的效果,临床中应用价值比较高,对患者进行检测,及时有效的治疗和预防病情的发展,值得推广使用。

Objective To study the ef ect of dynamic electrocardiogram analysis for the clinical diagnosis of patients with myocardial ischemia. Methods According to the 88 cases of myocardial ischemia in patients of our hospital to carry on the research analysis, randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, the control group received routine ECG monitoring, the experimental group received dynamic ECG monitoring, the two groups of patients with myocardial ischemia detection rate of comparative analysis. Results In the control group and the experimental group detection rates in the two groups, the experimental group 97.73%, control group 56.82%, two groups there was statistical dif erence （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical for use of dynamic electrocardiogram in diagnosis of myocardial ischemia in patients with good effect, clinical application value is relatively high, for the detection of patients, treatment and prevention of disease development of timely and ef ective, worthy of popularization.
