彩超诊断乳腺肿块良恶性的临床体会

Experience in Diagnosis of Benign and Malignant Breast Tumors in Clinical Ultrasound

目的探讨彩超对乳腺肿块良性恶性诊断的应用价值。方法根据我院接收的108例女性彩超诊断进行探讨,患者均进行了乳腺肿块彩超诊断,将其结果与手术病例切片诊断进行对比分析。结果乳腺肿块使用彩超来进行诊断,能够对肿块的形状、边界回声、组织特点、包块情况、良性恶性进行鉴别,临床中恶性肿瘤形状不规则、边界模糊、回声杂乱、血液流动显示率高于良性肿块,因此可以对其进行区分和鉴别。结论彩超对乳腺肿块的良性和恶性具有很好的鉴别区分能力,为临床诊断和治疗提供了较好的参考依据。

Objective To explore the application value of color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis of benign and malignant breast masses. Methods 108 cases of women were discussed according to the color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis in our hospital received,patients underwent color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of breast mass,compared with the results of operation case section diagnosis carries on the contrast analysis. Results Breast masses using color Doppler ultrasound to diagnose,to shape,boundary echo,organizational characteristics of mass,the mass,benign and malignant were identified, malignant tumors in irregular shape,fuzzy boundaries,echo clutter,blood flow display rate higher than that of benign tumors,and can therefore to classify and identify. Conclusion CDFI for breast tumor of benign and malignant has very good identification ability to discriminate,provides a good reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
