介入性超声医学影像在临床中的应用

Application of Interventional Ultrasound Medical Imaging in Clinical Practice

目的研究分析介入性超声医学影像诊断的临床应用效果。方法从我院的门诊治疗患者中选取80例来进行研究分析,将这些患者分成实验组和对照组两组,对照组患者接受常规检查,实验组患者接受介入性超声医学检查,对两组患者的临床检查效果进行比较分析。结果经过检查后,实验组患者共有16例肝脓肿、16例肝癌,23例肺癌被确诊,临床诊断准确率是95%,相比对照组的90%要高一些,结果比较存在统计学差异性(P<0.05)。结论临床中为患者使用介入性超声医学诊断技术具有比较高的准确率,患者得到的治疗更加有效,因此临床中比较推介使用。

Objective To study the clinical application of interventional effect analysis of ultrasonic diagnosis of medical image. Methods Select 80 cases to study and analyze the outpatient treatment of patients in our hospital, the patients were divided into experimental group and control group two groups, the control group received routine examination, the experimental group received interventional ultrasound examination, of clinical effect of two groups were compared for analysis. Results After examination, patients in the experimental group a total of 16 cases of liver abscess, 16 cases of liver cancer, 23 cases of lung cancer were diagnosed, the accuracy of clinical diagnosis was 95%, compared to a control group of 90% higher, compared the results there were statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical use of interventional technique for patients of medical ultrasonic diagnosis with high accuracy, treatment of patients are more effective, so in the recommended clinical comparison.
