补肾壮骨汤治疗骨质疏松脊柱骨折临床效果观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨补肾壮骨汤治疗骨质疏松脊柱骨折的临床效果。方法选取我院接收的骨质疏松脊柱骨折患者90例作为本次研究对象,将患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,对比两组患者骨密度变化情况以及疗效。结果治疗组患者骨密度增加程度要明显高于对照组,具有显著差异(χ2=2.333,P=0.022);治疗组治疗总有效率为95.56%,对照组治疗总有效率为66.67%,对比两组患者的治疗效果具有显著性差异(χ2=12.256,P=0.000)。结论骨质疏松脊柱骨折患者采用补肾壮骨汤治疗,能明显提高患者治疗效果,在临床上值得大力推广应用。 Objective To study the kidney strong bone soup clinical effect for the treatment of osteoporosis fracture spine. Methods To choose the hospital received spinal fractures,90 cases of patients with osteoporosis as the research object,the patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,compared two groups of patients with bone mineral density changes and curative effect. Results The treatment group patients degree of bone mineral density increased significantly higher than that of control group,with significant difference (χ^2=2.333,P=0.022). Treatment group total effective rate was 95.56%,control group total effective rate was 66.67%,compared the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients with significant difference (χ^2=12.256,P=0.000). Conclusion The spinal fractures were treated by kidney strong bone soup to treat osteoporosis, treatment effect,can significantly improve patients in the clinical applications is worth promoting.
