复脉汤治疗心脉痹阻型心律失常的临床疗效分析

Complex Pulse to Treat Heart Vein Type Bizu Arrhythmia Analysis of the Clinical Curative Effect

目的探讨复脉汤治疗心脉痹阻型心律失常的临床疗效。方法选取我院接收的心脉痹阻型心律失常患者共130例作为本次研究的对象,比较两组患者的Holter心律失常疗效与中医症候综合疗效。结果组间疗效对比差异具有显著性(χ2=4.808,P=4.808);两组差异具有显著性(χ2=4.600,P=4.600。结论心脉痹阻型心律失常采用复脉汤治疗,主要是从调节神志与血脉两方面入手,具有显著疗效,值得在临床上大力推广。

Objective To study the complex pulse to treat heart vein type bizu the clinical curative effect of arrhythmia. Methods Select the hospital received heart pulse type bizu, a total of 130 patients with cardiac arrhythmias as the object of the present study compared two groups of patients of Holter arrhythmia curative effect and TCM symptoms curative effect. Results The group has a significant effect of contrast differences between （χ 2=4.808, P=4.808）. Significant differences between the two groups （χ 2=4.600,P=4.600）. Conclusion Heart vein type bizu arrhythmia using pulse soup after treatment, mainly from the two aspects of regulating mind and blood, has significant curative effect, is worth promoting in clinic.
