中医针灸治疗颈椎小关节错缝的临床效果分析

Analysis of the Clinical Effect of Acupuncture Treatment of Cervical Small Joint Displacement

目的对颈椎小关节错缝采取中医针灸治疗的临床效果来进行探讨分析。方法根据我院2013至2014年接收的68例颈椎小关节错缝患者来进行来研究分析,将这些患者分成观察组和对照组两组,均有34例患者,对照组使用颈椎牵引治疗,观察组使用中医针灸治疗,对两组患者的临床治疗效果来进行比较分析。结果观察组中有25例患者治愈,4例患者治疗显效,4例患者治疗有效,总有效率为97.1%,对症组中有17例患者治愈,5例患者治疗显效,6例患者治疗有效,总有效率为82.4%。观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组,对比差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医针灸对于颈椎小关节错缝的临床治疗效果比较优秀,患者的症状改善明显,临床应用价值比较高,可以推广使用,让更多患者受益。

Objective To cervical facet joints wrong take clinical effect of Chinese medicine acupuncture treatment to analyze. Methods To carry on the analysis to study based on 68 cases of cervical smal joint fault in our hospital from 2013 to 2014 in patients receiving slit,these patients were divided into observation group and control group two groups,34 patients in control group were used,cervical traction therapy,the observation group use Chinese medicine acupuncture treatment,the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups were to comparative analysis. Results In the observation group 25 patients were cured,4 patients cured,4 patients with effective treatment,the total effective rate was 97.1%,symptomatic group 17 patients were cured, 5 patients cured,6 patients with effective treatment,the total effective rate was 82.4%. The observation group treatment effect is significantly better than the control group,the difference contrast significantly,with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Clinical effects of treating Chinese medicine acupuncture for cervical smal joint displacement is relatively excel ent,the patient＇s symptoms improved significantly,the value of clinical application of relatively high,can promote the use of,make more patients benefit.
