中西医结合治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化及早期肝硬化的效果评价

Evaluation of the Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B Liver Fibrosis and Early Cirrhosis of the Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

目的分析中西医治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化及早期肝硬化的效果。方法将74例患者分为治疗组和对照组各37例,分别行中西医和西医治疗。结果治疗组治疗效果、肝功能及肝纤维化恢复均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化及早期肝硬化效果显著。

Objective Analysis of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B Hepatic Fibrosis and early cirrhosis effect. Methods 74 patients were divided into treatment group and control group with 37 cases in each group, the western medicine and Western medicine in treatment respectively. Results The effect of the treatment group, the liver function and liver fibrosis recovered better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Significant treatment of chronic hepatitis B with hepatic fibrosis and early cirrhosis effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
