探讨中医骨科康复治疗老年骨性膝关节炎的临床疗效

To Investigate the Clinical Curative Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Department of Orthopedics,Rehabilitation Treatment of Senile Knee Osteoarthritis

目的研究分析老年骨性膝关节炎患者接受中医骨科康复治疗的效果。方法 2013至2014年我院共选取了接收的65例老年骨性膝关节炎患者,其中33例接受了中医骨科综合康复治疗,32例接受了口服布洛芬缓释胶囊,疼痛强烈的患者还使用了透明质酸钠,对两组患者的临床治疗情况和功能恢复情况进行比较分析。结果观察组患者的临床治疗有效率是97%,对照组的临床治疗有效率是75%,两组的治疗有效率存在统计学差异性。对照组共有3例患者有不良反应,观察无不良反应。结论中医骨科康复综合治疗对于老年骨性膝关节有的治疗效果比较好,疼痛缓解明显,患者的生活质量提升明显,不良反应比较少,可靠性高。

Objective To study the analysis of senile knee osteoarthritis patients receiving rehabilitation treatment effect of traditional Chinese Medicine Department of orthopedics. Methods From 2013 to 2014 in our hospital were selected in 65 cases of senile knee osteoarthritis patients received,of which 33 cases received comprehensive rehabilitation treatment of traditional Chinese Medicine Department of orthopedics,32 patients received oral Ibuprofen Sustained-Release Capsules,strong pain patients also used sodium hyaluronate,carries on the comparative analysis on recovery of clinical treatment and function two groups of patients. Results The clinical observation of the patients in the treatment group the effective rate was 97%,the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 75%,the effective rate of treatment and there are significant differences between two groups. Control group a total of 3 patients had adverse reactions,no adverse reactions were observed. Conclusion The combined therapy of traditional Chinese Medicine Department of orthopedics,rehabilitation for Senile Osteoarthritis of knee,some better treatment,pain was relieved,the quality of life of the patients improved obviously,less adverse reaction,high reliability.
