千金苇茎汤治疗肺脓肿临床研究

Clinical Study of Phragmitis Decoction in the Treatment of Pulmonary Abscess

目的研究探讨千金苇茎汤治疗肺脓肿的临床的效果。方法随机抽取我院2011年4月-2013年4月收治的肺脓肿患者120例为研究对象。并将其随机分成对照组和观察组,每组患者分别为60例。对照组患者采用西医实行常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组患者治疗的基础上加以使用千金苇茎汤进行治疗。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果治疗结果表明,观察组患者治疗效果显著优于对照组患者。观察组患者治疗有效率为96.7,对照组患者治疗有效率为81.7%,数据符合统计学差异（P〈0.05）;同时,观察组患者体温、白细胞计数、胸部X线片恢复正常的时间均少于对照组患者,数据符合统计学差异（P〈0.05）。结论针对肺脓肿的患者,在其接受治疗的过程中,采用千金苇茎汤的方法,有助于患者临床症状的恢复。千金苇茎汤治疗肺脓肿疗效显著。

Objective To study the effects of qiajinweijing Decoction in treating lung abscess clinical effect. Methods The pulmonary abscess were randomly selected from our hospital admitted 120 patients as the research object. Patients in the control group treated by western routine treatment, patients in observation group were implemented, in the control group patients to use Phragmitis Decoction treatment. Comparison of two groups of patients with clinical curative effect. Results The results of treatment, the patients in observation group were significantly better than the control group of patients treatment effect. Observation of the effective rate of the treatment for the 96.7 groups of patients, the effective rate was 81.7% in control group patients. Conclusion For the patients of lung abscess, in its acceptance of the treatment process, using the method of Qianjin Weijing decoction, and help restore the patient＇s clinical symptoms. Effect of Qianjin Weijing Decoction in the treatment of lung abscess obviously.
