自拟扶正升白方治疗恶性肿瘤化疗后白细胞减少的疗效观察

Observation of Curative Effect of Self Righting Rise White Leucopenia after Chemotherapy to Treat Malignant Tumor

目的观察自拟扶正升白方治疗恶性肿瘤化疗后白细胞减少的疗效。方法选取160例恶性肿瘤化疗后白细胞减少的患者,随机分为观察和对照组各80例,观察组予自拟扶正升白方,对照组予鲨肝醇、利血生治疗,连用三周,比较两组患者外周血象白细胞计数变化。结果据卫生部《药物临床研究指导原则》中制定的升高白细胞疗效标准,观察组:显效48例,有效23例,无效9例,总有效率88.75%,对照组:显效27例,有效29例,无效24例,总有效率70.00%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),Karnofsky功能状态评分标准(KPS)评分≥70分:观察组61例,对照组35例,两组比较有极显著差异(P<0.01)。结论自拟扶正升白方可在一定程度上治疗化疗引起的白细胞下降,改善患者生存质量。

Objective To observe the curative effect of self-made fuzhengshengbai party leucopenia after chemotherapy to treat malignant tumor. Methods 160 cases of patients with leukopenia after chemotherapy in patients with malignant tumor, were randomly divided into observation and control group with 80 cases in each group, the observation group were treated by Fuzheng Shengbai decoction, the control group was given batyl alcohol, Leucogen treatment for three weeks, compared two groups of patients with peripheral blood white cel count changes. Results According to the Ministry of health drug clinical research guiding principle＆quot; made in increasing leukocyte effect standard, the observation group： excel ent in 48 cases, effective 23 cases, invalid 9 cases, the total efficiency of 88.75%, control group： excel ent in 27 cases, effective 29 cases, invalid 24 cases, the total efficiency of 70%, compared with two groups there was a significant difference （P〈0.05）, Karnofsky score standard functional status （KPS） score more than 70 points： 61 cases in observation group, 35 cases in the control group, the two groups had significant difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Fuzhengshengbai can cause the chemotherapy treatment to a certain extent, the white blood cel s decreased, improve the quality of the survival of patients.
