不同剂型替硝唑治疗滴虫性阴道炎的临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of Different Dosage Forms of Tinidazole in the Treatment of Trichomonal Vaginitis

目的探讨替硝唑片口服剂和栓剂对滴虫性阴道炎患者的治疗效果。方法根据我院接收的78例滴虫性阴道炎患者来进行研究分析,将患者随机分成替硝唑片组和替硝唑栓组。两组患者均接受一周的治疗,根据临床治疗效果来进行对比分析。结果经治疗后,片剂组患者的治疗有效率是95.3%,栓剂组的有效率是51.4%。不良反应情况为,片剂组9.3%,栓剂组没有发生。结论滴虫性阴道炎临床中使用口服替硝唑的治疗效果更好一些,尽管患者的不良反应几率更高,但是均在可受范围内,外用替硝唑栓来进行治疗,无不良反应,但是治疗效果不理想,因此比较推介使用口服替硝唑片剂进行治疗。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Tinidazole Tablets oral agent and suppository on Trichomonas vaginitis patients. Methods According to the 78 cases with trichomonal vaginitis patients in our hospital received to carry on the research analysis,patients were randomly divided into Tinidazole Tablets group and Tinidazole Suppositories group. Two groups of patients were treated for a week,according to the clinical treatment effect carries on the contrast analysis. Results After treatment,the treatment group patients tablet effective rate is 95.3%,the effective rate of suppository group is 51.4%. Adverse reactions for tablet group,9.3%,suppository group did not happen. Conclusion The use of oral tinidazole trichomonas vaginitis clinical therapeutic effect better,despite the adverse reactions in patients with probability higher,but al can be in the range of external Tinidazole Suppositories,to carry on the treatment,no adverse reaction,but the treatment effect is not ideal,therefore more to promote the use of oral tinidazole tablets for treatment.
