对护士开展死亡教育的探讨

For Nurses to Carry Out the Discussion of Death Education

目的讨论对护士开展死亡教育的情况。方法选择本院护士为对象,进行问卷调查,问卷调查内容主要包括护士的基本信息、护士对死亡教育的认知、死亡教育的实施情况和影响因素。结果通过问卷调查可知,护士对死亡教育的作用、目的和意义有一定的了解,但是因为护士缺乏传统死亡观、伦理观和死亡教育知识等,所以对死亡教育的开展造成了一定的影响。结论要加强培养护士对死亡教育的相关知识、品质和能力,让护士对死亡教育的认知水平得到有效提升,这样才能有效促进临终关怀的不断发展。

Objective To discuss the situation of nurses to carry out the death education. Methods Our hospital nurses of oncology department as the object, the questionnaire survey, questionnaire content mainly includes the basic information of the nurses, nurse＆#39;s perception of death education, implementation and influence factors of death education. Results Through the questionnaire survey, the nurse education role, purpose and significance of death have a certain understanding, but because of nurses lack of traditional thanatopsis, ethics and knowledge of the death education, etc., so the death caused some influence the development of education. Conclusion To strengthen nurses of death education knowledge, quality and ability, let the nurse＆#39;s perception of death education level effectively, so as to effectively promote the continuous development of hospice care.
