心血管内科护理管理中风险分析与安全对策

Nursing Management in the Department of Internal Medicine,Cardiovascular Risk Analysis and Safety Countermeasures

目的对心血管内科护理的风险因素进行探讨分析,寻找有效的预防措施来避免风险的产生,为患者提供安全可靠的护理服务。方法根据我院2012至2013年接收的240例心血管内科患者来进行研究分析,将这些患者分组为对照组和观察组两组,均有120例患者,对照组患者为进行护理安全防范之前的患者,观察组是经过护理管理安全防范之后的患者,对两组患者的临床风险事件发生率以及风险因素进行总结分析,探讨临床安全防范对策的使用效果。结果对照组患者共出现了11例风险事件,观察组总共有3例风险事件,两组患者的风险事件发生率存在差异性。结论心血管内科的护理存在较多的风险,这些风险的产生受到多方面因素的影响,为了降低风险的发生率,需要使用科学的风险防范措施来避免患者的风险产生,比较推介在临床中使用护理管理安全防范措施。

Objective To risk factors of Cardiovascular Nursing Department of internal medicine analysis to explore, looking for effective prevention measures to avoid risks, to provide safe and reliable for patients with nursing service. Methods According to the 240 cases of cardiovascular patients in the Department of internal medicine in our hospital from 2012 to 2013 received to carry on the research analysis, these patients were grouped into control group and observation group of two group had 120 patients, control group patients for nursing safety precautions before the patient, the observation group is after the physical safety and prevention of clinical nursing of the patients tube. Results The patients in the control group there were 11 cases of risk events, the observation group a total of 3 cases of risk events, two groups of patients the risk event rate differences. Conclusion Nursing care of cardiovascular department of internal medicine have more risk, many factors influenced the emergence of these risks, in order to reduce the incidence of risk, the need to use scientific preventive measures to avoid risk to the patient, compared to promote the use of nursing management security measures in clinical practice.
