90例乳腺癌患者术后渐进式功能锻炼的护理体会

90 Cases of Breast Cancer Patients Postoperative Nursing Experience of Incremental Functional Exercise

目的研究分析乳腺癌患者术后渐进式功能锻炼的护理方式。方法选择2009年1月至2010年9月期间,我院普外科收治的90例行乳腺癌改良根治术患者作为研究对象,将90例患者分为实验组和对照组。实验组患者给予渐进式护理,对照组采用常规护理方法,对比两组患者的恢复情况。结果实验组患者的恢复效果明显优于对照组。结论责护对乳腺癌术后患者进行一对一渐进式功能锻炼指导,对患肢功能恢复效果显著。

Objective To study the progressive analysis of breast cancer patients postoperative functional exercise of nursing. Methods Between January 2009 and September 2010, department of general surgery of 90 breast cancer patients with modified radical as the research object, 90 patients were divided into experimental group and control group. Were experinlental group patients give progressive care by routine nursing methods, compared two groups of patients＇ recovery. Results The experimental group patients recovery effect is better than the control group. Conclusion Accountability one-on-one incremental functional exercise guidance to postoperative patients with breast cancer, the limb functional recovery effect is remarkable.
