柔性管理在妇产科护理管理工作中的应用

The Application of Flexible Management in Gynecology and Obstetrics Nursing Management

目的探讨柔性管理在妇产科护理管理工作的应用。方法选择我院2013年1月至2014年1月收治的妇产科患者150例,将其随机分成实验组和对照组各75例,对照组患者给予一般护理,实验组患者给予柔性管理,对两组患者的满意度、差错率和护理质量进行对比分析。结果实验组患者满意度、差错率以及护理质量显著优于对照组患者,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妇产科护理管理工作中应用柔性管理,不仅能让患者满意度和护理人员服务质量提高,同时还能够让护理差错率降低,提高临床治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the application of flexible management in the Department of Obstetrics and gynecology nursing management. Methods 150 patients in Department of Obstetrics and gynecology in our hospital from 2013 January to 2014 January were patients,divided into the experimental group and the control group with 75 cases in each group,the control group patients were given general nursing,the experimental group were treated with flexible management,through the comparative analysis of two groups of patients satisfaction,error rate and the quality of nursing. Results The experimental group satisfaction,error rate and nursing quality was significantly better than the patients in the control group,there was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of flexible management in the Department of Obstetrics and gynecology nursing management work,not only can improve the satisfaction of patients and nursing personnel service quality,but also can make the nursing error rate,improve the clinical treatment effect,it is worthy of clinical application.
