摘要
目的观察不同健康教育方式对产褥期保健知识影响的效果。方法选取产后45天回我院接受检查的120例产妇为研究对象,按不同的健康教育方式分为对照组与实验组。对照组接受常规健康教育方式,实验组则在常规健康教育基础上,接受一对一针对性的母婴护理技巧训练,对两组产妇产褥期保健知识的知晓情况以及护理能力进行统计并比较。结果实验组产妇对产褥期母婴保健知识的知晓率与护理能力显著高于对照组,数据差异显著,具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对产妇施行孕产期健康教育时,应确保实践性与实用性,通过开展个体指导与技能强化训练,从而促进产妇产褥期保健知识及母婴护理能力的提高。
Objective To observe the effect of different health education methods on knowledge puerperium effect. Methods 120 cases of maternal postpartum 45 days back to the selection method of our hospital to accept the inspection as the research object, according to the different health education methods were divided into control group and experimental group. The control group received the routine health education, the experimental group in the conventional health education, accept a pair of a targeted training maternal and child care skil s. Results In the experimental group, the awareness rate of maternal puerperal care knowledge and nursing ability was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was significant data, statistical y significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The implementation of perinatal health education for pregnant women, should ensure that the practicality and utility, through intensive training to carry out the individual guidance and skil s, thereby promoting puerperal women health care knowledge and improve the ability of nursing.
