摘要
目的探讨分析人性化护理管理应用在原发性高血压患者治疗中的临床护理方案与护理效果。方法选择2014年1月-2014年12月来我院接受治疗的118例原发性高血压患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字法把其分成对照组(常规护理)和实验组(人性化护理管理)。结果实验组患者的总有效率为91.5%,而对照组患者的总有效率为69.5%,实验组患者的临床护理效果明显的比对照组好(P〈0.05)。结论人性化护理管理应用在原发性高血压患者治疗具备非常明显的临床效果,可以有效的对患者血压进行控制,是一种可行性、安全性、有效性较高的治疗方案。
Objective To investigate the clinical nursing analysis scheme and nursing effects of treatment in patients with humanistic nursing management application in inessential hypertension. Methods In 2014January - 2014 year in December in our hospital treated 118 cases of primary hypertension patients as research object,using the method of random number which is divided into the control group(routine nursing)and experimental group (humanistic nursing management). Results The patients in the experimental group the total efficiency is 91.5%,while the patients in the control group the total efficiency is 69.5%,the effect of clinical nursing care of patients in the experimental group was significantly better than the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion Humanistic nursing management application in patients with primary hypertension treated with nonclinical effect is very obvious.
