腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术的手术室护理配合

Laparoscopic Resection of Colorectal Cancer Care with the Operating Room

目的探究使用腹腔镜进行结直肠癌根治术的护理配合方法及效果。方法从我院在2011年到2013年间收治的结直肠癌病人中随机选取100例,都进行根治手术,其中50例作为研究组给予优质护理配合,其他50例作为对照进行常会护理,对比分析两组的护理效果。结果两组病人的手术时间比较差异不明显(P>0.05),而研究组病人的肠道恢复时间、首次下床时间、住院时间等明显少于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率为14.0%,明显低于对照组的34.0%,具有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论结直肠癌病人应用腹腔镜手术结合全程的优质护理配合能够明显提高临床疗效,缩短手术时间和住院时间,减少并发症,提高病人生活质量,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the use of laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer care with the methods and results. Methods Patients with colorectal cancer in our hospital in 2011 to 2013 were treated randomly selected 100 cases, have carried out radical surgery, including 50 cases as the study group were given high-quality care with the other 50 cases as controls were regular care, comparative analysis two nursing effect. Results The patient＆#39;s operation time was not significantly different （P〉0.05）, while the study group of patients with intestinal recovery time, for the first time bed time, hospital stay was significantly less than the control group, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）; Study Group complication rate was 14.0%, significantly lower than the 34.0% in the control group, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer patients with quality care, and can obviously improve the clinical curative effect, shorten the operation time and hospitalization time, reduce complications and improve patient quality of life, is worth popularizing.
