肛肠外科术后肛周的临床护理分析

Clinical Analysis of Postoperative Nursing of Perianal Department of Anus & Intestine Surgery

目的研究分析肛肠外科术后肛周护理方式。方法根据我院接收的57例肛肠疾病患者来进行研究分析,对患者使用不同外科手术治疗,提供术前常规护理,注重患者的心理护理,术后进行创口护理,注意改善患者的情绪,预防并发症。结果共有2例患者出现了并发症,一例是痔核脱落出血,一例是肛瘘合并肛周克罗恩病,在对其提供了针对性护理后,两个患者的症状改善较好,均痊愈出院,患者术后接受了半年的跟踪随访,其创面愈合良好,生活工作正常,无影响。结论对肛肠外科手术患者进行术后肛周护理能够提升手术效果,避免并发症的产生,对患者的生活质量改善具有非常大的帮助。

Objective To study the postoperative perianal Analysis Department of anus ＆amp; intestine surgery nursing mode. Methods According to our hospital received 57 cases of anorectal disease to carry on the research analysis, using different surgical operation in the treatment of patients, providing routine preoperative care, pay attention to the psychological nursing of patients, postoperative wound care, attention to improving the mood of the patients, to prevent complications. Results A total of 2 patients developed complications, one case of hemorrhoids bleeding is shedding, a case of anal fistula complicated with perianal disease is Zhou Ke Ron, in which provides pertinent nursing, two patients to improve symptoms better, were cured and discharged, patients received fol ow-up for half a year, the wound healed wel , normal life and work, no influence. Conclusion The Department of anus ＆amp; intestine surgery operation patients with postoperative perianal nursing can improve the operation effect, to avoid complications, has the very big help to the life quality of patients.
