乳腺癌化疗整体护理干预

Breast Cancer Chemotherapy Overall Nursing Intervention

目的探讨乳腺癌化疗整体护理干预措施及应用效果。方法所有患者均接受化学药物治疗,对照组给予常规护理配合;研究组在常规护理配合基础上加用整体护理干预措施。记录两组化疗不良反应发生情况,给予统计学分析后得出结论。结果研究组不良反应发生率仅为40.00%,显著低于对照组不良反应发生率64.44%,对比结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对乳腺癌化疗患者给予常规护理与整体护理干预相结合的综合性护理措施可显著降低其不良反应发生率,保障患者疗效及预后。

Objective Overall chemotherapy in breast cancer care interventions and application results. Methods All patients received chemotherapy, with the control group received conventional care; usual care with research group based on the use of holistic nursing interventions. After recording two chemotherapy adverse events, giving statistical analysis concluded. Results Adverse reactions study group was only 40.00%, significantly lower than the control group, the adverse reaction rate 64.44%, comparing the results were statistically significant （P〈0.05） . Conclusion Comprehensive care measures for breast cancer patients treated with conventional chemotherapy treatments and holistic nursing interventions combining can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse reactions to protect the patient outcome and prognosis.
