体检护理质量的影响因素与对策分析

Analysis of the Influence Factors and Countermeasures of Physical Examination Nursing Quality

目的探讨影响体检护理质量的相关因素及解决对策。方法回顾分析2013年5月-2014年5月我院体检中心的相关护理资料,调查影响体检护理质量的相关因素,并提出改进策略。结果影响体检护理质量的因素：护理人员素质、仪器设施、体检中心环境。改进后体检者的护理总满意度显著高于改进前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论明确影响体检护理质量的相关因素,并以此作出改进,对提升体检护理质量及体检者满意度极其有益。

Objective To study the influence factors and countermeasures of physical examination nursing quality. Methods The nursing data of physical examination center of our hospital during May 2013 to May 2014 were analyzed retrospectively, the influence factors of physical examination nursing quality were investigated, the improvement strategy were put forward. Results The influence factors of physical examination nursing quality included the quality of nursing staff, facilities, environment of physical examination center. The satisfaction of physical examination nursing after improvement were significantly higher than that before improvement, the difference was statistical y significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The influence factors of physical examination nursing quality are determined, and the nursing methods are improved on this basis, it is very useful for the improvement of physical examination nursing quality and the satisfaction of physical examination nursing.
