护理干预对呼吸内科重症患者的疗效研究

Nursing Intervention Efficacy of Respiratory Department of Internal Medicine Patients in ICU

目的研究呼吸内科重症患者的护理方法及其临床效果,总结护理经验和体会。方法入选我院2011年3月至2014年3月在呼吸内科重症监护室治疗的患者70例,随机分为干预组和对照组,每组各35例,对照组给予常规护理,干预组在常规护理基础上给予综合护理干预,最后分析两组患者的临床疗效。结果护理干预后,干预组患者的血气分析各项指标较对照组均明显改善,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),干预组与对照组比较,临床治疗效果明显提高(P<0.05)。结论对于呼吸内科重症患者给予综合干预护理,可以改善其症状,缓解病情。值得临床推广。

Objective The nursing method for patients with severe respiratory department of internal medicine research and clinical effect,and to summarize the experience of nursing experience. Methods Selected in our hospital in 70 cases of respiratory department of internal medicine treatment in the ICU patients,control group was given conventional care,the intervention group on the basis of conventional care given comprehensive nursing intervention,the final analysis of the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results The intervention group patients blood gas analysis of the indicators were significantly improved compared with the control group,the intervention group the clinical treatment effect is improved obviously. Conclusion For the patients with severe respiratory department of internal medicine given comprehensive nursing intervention,is worth the clinical promotion.
