摘要
目的探究跟腱断裂的术后护理要点。方法选取我院收治的26例跟腱断裂患者为研究对象,全部患者采用Krackow法缝合,给予患者术前护理、足踝部皮肤护理和术后护理。治疗6个月后,观察患者的临床疗效。结果优共20例,占76.9%;良共5例占19.21%;差有1例,系术后再断裂,二次手术后效果良。结论良好的术前术后护理以及康复锻炼指导有助于跟腱断裂患者早日恢复健康,恢复跟腱的功能。
Objective To explore the postoperative nursing points of Achil es tendon rupture. Methods Our hospital of 26 patients with Achil es tendon rupture as the research object,al the patients by using Krackow suture,giving patients with preoperative care,foot skin nursing and postoperative nursing. Six months after treatment,observe the clinical curative effect. Results A total of 20 cases,accounting for 76.9%; Good,5 cases （19.21%）; Difference is 1 case,postoperative fracture,secondary effect is good after surgery. Conclusion Good preoperative care and postoperative rehabilitation exercise instruction helps the Achil es tendon rupture in patients with quick recovery and restore the function of the Achil es tendon.
