摘要
目的分析连续性静脉-静脉血液滤过在ICU重症急性胰腺炎患者中的应用效果。方法随机选取我院重症监护室收治的2013年10月到2014年10月患者60例ICU重症急性胰腺炎,并且将患者可以依据时间分配方法将患者分两组,即试验组(30例)和对照组(30例),对照组应用常规治疗方法,试验组应用连续性静脉-静脉血液滤治疗,对比观察两组患者临床效果。结果应用连续性静脉-静脉血液滤过治疗ICU重症急性胰腺炎,发挥重要效果,试验组患者临床症状得到改善,生命体征恢复,两组比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论对于ICU重症急性胰腺炎患者,应用连续性静脉-静脉血液滤过治疗,可以发挥重要作用,改善患者临床治病效果,发挥积极效果。
Objective To analyze the application effect of continuous veno venous hemofiltration in patients with ICU in severe acute pancreatitis. Methods In our ICU from 2013 October to 2014 randomly selected in October 60 cases of ICU patients with severe acute pancreatitis,and these ICU in patients with severe acute pancreatitis can be based on time al ocation methods were divided into two groups,namely the experimental group （30 cases） and control group （30 cases）,control group were treated with conventional therapy method.
