老年人桡骨远端骨折治疗后腕关节屈伸及旋转活动的探讨

Discussion on the Wrist Flexion and Rotation Activity after Treatment of Distal Radius Fractures in Elderly Patients

目的探讨切开复位和闭合复位对老年人桡骨远端骨折进行后,患者腕关节屈伸旋转活动的情况。方法根据2012至2013年我院的84例老年桡骨远端骨折患者来进行探讨分析,将这些患者随机分组为对照组和研究组,对照组接受闭合复位石膏固定治疗,研究组使用切开复位钢板内固定治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果进行比较分析。结果研究组患者的桡骨长度、尺偏角、掌倾角均明显大于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者腕关节评分的优良率约为92.86%(39/42)显著大于对照组的80.95%(34/42),差异P<0.05有统计学意义。研究组患者腕关节屈伸活动度、旋转活动度、桡尺偏活动度远远优于对照组,差异P<0.05有统计学意义。结论使用切开复位治疗能够为老年桡骨远端骨折患者提供较好的治疗效果,术后患者的腕关节伸屈和旋转活动自如,是非常优秀的一中治疗桡骨远端骨折的方法。

Objective To investigate the open reduction and closed reduction of distal radial fractures in the elderly, patients with wrist flexion and extension rotation event. Methods From 2012 to 2013 in our hospital to carry on the discussion and analysis of 84 cases of elderly patients with distal radius fracture, these patients were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, the control group received closed reduction and plaster fixation treatment, study group using open reduction and internal fixation treatment, carries on the comparative analysis of two groups of patients treatment effect. Results The study group patients length of radius and ulnar deviation, palmar tilt were significantly higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The use of open reduction treatment can provide the patients with better treatment effect for distal radial fractures in elderly patients, postoperative patients with wrist flexion and rotation freely, is a method of treatment of distal radius fractures is very good.
