人工流产的并发症处理与防治措施分析

目的探讨人工流产出现并发症情况的处理方式以及临床预防,让人工流产的并发症可以得到有效的治疗。方法根据2012至2013年我院的120例人工流产患者来进行探讨分析,对这些患者接受人工流产治疗的并发症情况进行了解,提供预防和治疗措施。结果人工流产综合征临床中存在着一定的几率,患者的症状有子宫出血、穿孔、不完全人流等,初次妊娠患者接受人工流产出现并发症的几率要低于再次妊娠患者,妊娠时间在2个月以上的患者出现并发症几率要大于2个月以内的患者。结论人工流产综合征是一种人工流产治疗的并发症统称,该并发症出现的几率受到了产妇妊娠次数、妊娠时间的影响。
