摘要
目的研究分析后发性白内障临床使用不同治疗方法的效果比较。方法根据我院2013年中2014年的213例后发性白内障患者来进行研究分析,将患者分成A、B、C三组,A组患者行激光后囊膜切开手术,B组行角膜缘切口后囊切开手术,C组行玻璃体手术,对三组患者的术后视力、眼压等情况进行比较分析。结果临床中三组患者的治疗效果不存在统计学差异性,A组患者的治疗时间比较短,临床并发症比较多,B、C两组患者的治疗时间比较长,并无并发症情况产生。结论此次研究的三种治疗效果没有太大的差异性,而激光治疗并发症几率比另外两种方法要高一些。
Objective To study the analysis after cataract to compare therapeutic effects of different methods for clinical use. Methods According to 2014 2013 in our hospital in 213 cases after cataract patients to carry on the research analysis,the patients were divided into A,B,C three groups, patients in group A laser posterior capsulotomy operation,group B performed limbal incision capsulotomy operation,group C for vitreous operation,carry on comparative analysis to the vision,intraocular pressure in three groups of patients after operation. Results The three groups of patients with clinical treatment effect was not significant difference between the patients in the A group,the treatment time is short,the clinical complications more,B,C two groups of patients with the treatment time is too long,have no complications. Conclusion Three the therapeutic effect of this study does not have too big difference,and laser treatment complications were higher than the other two methods.
