负压封闭吸引治疗创伤性骨髓炎的临床疗效观察

目的探讨负压封闭吸引治疗创伤性骨髓炎的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院从2010年2月到2013年3月因创伤发生骨髓炎在我院治疗的患者49例,应用VSD负压封闭吸引以及二期皮瓣修复的方法对其进行治疗,并进行6个月的远期随访。结果 78例骨髓炎患者中其中41例创面一期愈合,无复发;7例于手术后1个月内复发,经过二次手术治愈;其中1例患者创面一直未愈合,感染较重。结论 VSD负压封闭吸引技术能够较好的将创面的分泌物以及坏死组织吸出,能够有效的控制骨髓炎的感染,并且能够较好的促进创面的愈合。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of vacuum sealing drainage for the treatment of traumatic osteomyelitis. Methods From February,2010 to March,2013,49 patients with traumatic osteomyelitis were retrospective analyzed in our hospital. VSD vacuum sealing drainage and flaps repair in stage two methods were applied in the treatment,and a long term fol ow-up of 6 months was made. Results In 78 cases of osteomyelitis patients,41 cases wound healing in stage one,there was no recurrence; 7 cases relapsed within 1 month after the surgery,they were cured after the second surgery;the wound has not healed in 1 case,its infection was severe. Conclusion The vacuum sealing drainage （VSD） was good for aspirating the wound exudate and necrotic tissue. It can effectively control the osteomyelitis infection and can be used to promote wound healing.
